Expressions of interest
Fit To Play is exploring a small-group program for junior golfers during the school holidays—an opportunity to experience purposeful athlete development around golf and family commitments.
It may suit juniors who are new to Fit To Play, have room around their tournament schedule, or want a more accessible group-based introduction to performance training. No previous gym experience is required.
Proposed format
Dates, times, groupings, frequency, fees and places will be shaped by demand.
Free parent resource
Use the parent self-check, a 10-minute post-practice reset and two introductory physical-preparation sessions to establish a practical starting point.
