Adam Weeks Fit To Play Golf Fitness Coaching

My journey in fitness and golf has given me a strong purpose and direction as a coach. Growing up, I was drawn to the discipline and strategy of golf, and as my passion for the game deepened, it naturally aligned with my commitment to fitness. Together, these interests have formed the backbone of my coaching philosophy.

With over fourteen years in the fitness industry, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Business, and experience running my own facility, I’ve developed a practical approach that’s about helping clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges. Specialising in golf fitness allows me to work directly with clients to make a meaningful impact on their game and their overall health.

As a Titleist Certified Coach in Golf Fitness and Power Level 2, I bring targeted expertise in biomechanics and the physical demands of golf, building training programs that improve swing mechanics, strength, and stability. My goal is to empower clients to improve both on and off the course. Witnessing their progress is what drives me, and I’m committed to delivering a coaching experience that’s grounded, results-focused, and built on a genuine love for the game and fitness.

Training and Coaching Philosophy

My training and coaching philosophy is rooted in helping golfers reach their full potential through a balanced, holistic approach. I believe that true performance improvement comes from aligning physical fitness, biomechanics, and mental resilience. Every program I design is tailored to each golfer’s unique needs and goals, incorporating cutting-edge assessment tools and customised training plans that develop strength, mobility, stability, and power in golf-specific ways.

I focus on building a solid foundation, empowering clients not only to hit the ball farther and with more control but also to understand how their body impacts their game. By fostering a deeper awareness of movement patterns and body mechanics, I help clients play smarter, reduce injury risk, and improve consistency. Ultimately, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where each golfer can evolve, achieve their goals, and unlock lasting confidence and enjoyment in their game.
