My Approach & PHILOSOPHY
I believe that there are five training principles that form the building blocks of golf programming and implementation. They are strength, power, speed, mobility and agility. This underpins each person’s ability to build their best physical self, while minimising injuries and expanding the time available to work on skills and coaching.
knowledge
The saying that “knowledge is power” is something I hold as a core value. Over the last 10 years I have pushed myself to gain extensive knowledge to further my personal training career, this allows me to support you both physically and mentally to successfully change habits and work towards outcomes.
People
We are all striving to be better in some form. Understanding a person’s motivations and internal drive is vital as it can be harnessed to enhance the body and the mind. Be kind, be happy and enjoy the little things.
