One on one coaching is the pinnacle of performance training. It enables both the client and the coach to fully immerse into a training session and program. This allows for real-time feedback and exercise analysis which will be used to increase or decrease program intensity. Every session is challenging but fun.

Online training and coaching means you have your trainer at your finger tips anywhere in the world. The AFD app is the centralised hub for all your programming and coaching feedback, meaning your coach is there to support and monitor your training while on tour or in the comfort of your own home.

“If you’re not assessing you’re guessing” - Consistent Titleist (TPI) & Fitness evaluations will form the building blocks of your training. Your coach utilises this information to program accurately in view of areas of the body and movements that are holding back your improvement. Each assessment is presented with your golf fitness handicap score so just like on the course we can plot your improvements. Further strength, power and speed testing offers a set of benchmarks to monitor and track your progress in these specific parameters.
