    We have loved being involved with Fit to Play. My son started recovery from a serious injury and Adam made the sessions fun and interesting whilst unable to actually play. The sessions have worked hard in building long term stability and work on great and sustainable movement patterns for the long term as opposed to pure speed. His willingness to work in with his golf coaching has already proven to be beneficial and he has given Hamish a great insight to the physical side of golf. This is particularly an area where has has seen huge gains and will keep working hard under Adam’s watchful eye especially leading into College recruitment.

    I've been working with FTP for the last 4 months and have seen considerable improvements to my health and golf game. The programs are well constructed and tailored to my personal physical requirements.

    Since starting the program, I've managed to lose 5kg. Driving distance has improved by at least 15m and irons by half a club. As a result of better physical mobility, my mechanics have improved without traditional golf swing coaching and I'm hitting an extra 1-2 greens in regulation per round. All this in 4 months which makes me look forward to the improvements in a year's time.

No cookie cutter programs here! Training can be done in person or via live video sessions. Clients have access to their program via the AFD App so they can train under the guidance of the trainer outside of in-person sessions.
